MN Zoo / Phineas and Ferb
It was another fun October weekend for the Elliotts. It was such a nice warm Fall Saturday that we took the kids to the MN Zoo and got to see the penguin exhibit for the first time. They were very active swimming and gliding all over the rocks--super cute. On our way out we posed on the wolf statues and Justin was letting us know he needed a nap that day. :)
Sunday we were off to the Xcel Energy Center for the Phineas and Ferb show. Phineas and Ferb is one our favorite shows to watch on TV so we were all very excited when we heard they were coming to town. Now we are on to the Halloween countdown. Only 5 more days til candy!

Pumpkin Patch
This past weekend Colin, Justin, and I met Colin's best friend from preschool for some Fall fun at Berry Hills Farms. Wyatt and Colin are now at different elementary schools so the boys needed to catch up and compare school highlights. There was so much to do including petting zoo, pony rides, corn maze, hay ride, pumpkin patch, and lots of cute photo opportunities for mommy to get some pictures of these adorable boys.

Linders Fall Festival
Linders Greenhouse in St. Paul has an annual Fall Festival, and this was our first year in attendance. It was awesome! There were so many fun things to do including an inflatable jumper, face painting, hay ride, petting zoo, hay maze, pony ride, game booths, and food stands. The weather was gorgeous so people were inside and out making it a lot less crazy. We had a great time!

Family Football Classic (FFC)
Today we hosted the first annual Family Football Classic. We thought it would be fun to have family over to watch some Viking football and then test out our own skills with a game of touch football in our backyard. So maybe the first part wasn't fun, it was a typical Vikings game--it's tough being a MN sports fan. The day turned out to be a gorgeous sunny Fall day so football fun was still had. Before and after the touch football game Jason even ran drills with the boys which was super cute. It was a very fun first FFC!
