Happy Halloween

Amanda and Dan's Wedding

This past weekend we went to my cousin Amanda's wedding. It was such a beautiful ceremony and I was so proud of our boys for making it through without causing any distraction. Thank goodness Justin loves animal crackers and Colin was happy chewing his gum.



Colin was very excited for the reception dance. He always has such a fun time with his cousins. It was so cute to see the dance floor full of kids.

11 Month Update

This month Justin popped another top tooth making that three on the top and two on the bottom. We have been trying to introduce table foods but this one is quite the S-T-I-N-K-E-R and always throws it off his tray or spits it out if we try to sneak it in his mashed up jars of food. His motor skills are definitely improving as he has mastered climbing up the stairs but is still unsure about getting back down them. He loves pushing his walker and has the cutest grin and laugh as he chases after Colin.

Raider Football

Last night we got to watch the older Elliott boyz play some high school football. Tabor played a great game but unfortunately the team came up short. They capped off the season 6-2 and secured home field advantage for playoffs. 3 more victories and we'll get to watch them at the Metrodome. Go Raiders!

Fall---finally

We finally got some nice Fall weather and took advantage by playing outside all weekend.

Justin's 1st Haircut

On Monday this week Justin got his first haircut! There were definitely some tears at first but Jason had a great idea to take out his phone for Justin to play with. Along with that, bubbles blowing and watching Baby Mozart on the TV all was good thereafter.

Autumn Woods Classic

This morning we braved the chill and snow and joined the Meissner family for the Autumn Woods 5K run and 1K kids race. Despite slippery trails and bitter cold, Jason finished 9th overall and 4th in his age group! Colin also had a fabulous run and ran the entire race and finished 2nd in the 4 and under category! Mommy had fun running with Colin this time and opted out of the 5K race to get some extra cuddle time with Justin.



During the 5K race the kids got to hang out with the bumblebee, got their face painted, and of course had some quality wrestle time.
