Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

It was an absolutely gorgeous Fall day today with temps in the 80's and lots of sun. The perfect day to be outside picking pumpkins and getting lost in corn mazes. Peggy, Wyatt, Jennifer, Brian, Damon, Matt, Deborah, Laura, and Karl all met us in Shafer for a super cute corn maze. There were other fun activities with tug o' war, bean bag toss, and a very cool obstacle course. Next, we headed to Lendt's Pumpkin Patch to pick out our pumpkins. 5th Annual FFC

It was another fabulous Family Football Classic! Fall is such a delightful time of year and we had the most perfect Fall day for the FFC. The Vikings played an impressive game and defeated the Lions quite handily in yesterday's win. After inspecting Mike's collection of John Deere tractors we headed out for a scenic hayride. The afternoon finished up with our game of touch football--the crafty adults still able to compete with the speedy, agile kiddos. It was Fall at its finest!

 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
 

Bunker Beach

First day of school

It's the first day back to school! Colin is starting 4th grade and Justin joins him at Valentine Hills Elementary in the 1st grade classroom! Adam will be finishing his last year of preschool (which also mean last year of paying for daycare):) The boys are excited to ride the bus together.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Tippy Bike

This Summer Adam learned how to ride a 2 wheel bike! He was so excited to get his new bike and when first learning to ride it he called it his "tippy bike." Just like his brothers he was a quick learner and was riding on his own after a few sessions. Yay, Adam!!!
