Charlie Brown/ Breakfast with Santa

It was a super fun Christmas theme weekend! Friday night we headed to Stages theater to see the production of a "Charlie Brown Christmas." It was so cute! I LOVE the music from that play. The boys also really enjoyed the play and Stages did a fabulous job on the production!

 
 






On Sunday morning we got to have breakfast with Santa at Macy's in downtown Minneapolis on the 12th floor. It was such a fun morning. This is the first time we have done this, and we will definitely be doing it again. It was a gorgeous room with a super yummy breakfast buffet. The boys got their face painted with awesome Christmas designs. A balloon guy came to our table and made each of the boys reindeer antlers. And of course we got our pictures taken with Santa! After we finished breakfast, we went downstairs to the 8th floor to see the Macy's Christmas display. It was a delightful weekend!

 





 
 

Holiday Train

This year we tried something new for the holiday season and visited the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train in St. Paul. The train visits various cities collecting food for the local food shelf. The brightly lit train arrived at the Union Depot around 7pm. The weather was great and there was plenty of space for all the people to get good views of the impressive train. One of the boxcars soon opened up and a live band started playing music. It was a cute way to spend our Friday evening.

Colin is 10!

It's the season of birthdays and our awesome Colin turned 10 on December 3rd! It's hard to believe we have been parents for over a decade now! It is such a blessing to be parents to such amazing kids and Zero Gravity is the place to celebrate them! :) It was another fun birthday party for Colin and all of his friends today.


 




 



 

Justin is 7!!!

Our Awesome Justin turned 7 on November 21st! We had his birthday party the night before at Zero Gravity Trampoline Park. The kids all had a blast on the trampolines, climbing wall, hoops, and dodge ball area. Saturday morning we had birthday doughnuts for breakfast. We then headed to Justin's basketball game where he scored 2 baskets. The team enjoyed the birthday cupcakes after the game wearing all smiles with green frosting faces.

Halloween

We had another delightful Halloween this year. The pumpkins sat for a little too long so Jason was able to carve only 2 this year. The boys decided on transformers and minion and both turned out fabulous! Halloween night we headed over to our friends house for pizza and fun before going trick o' treating. We had four families with 15 kids under the age of 10 going house to house! We had a blast, and by the end of the night the boys had a record haul. Bags were so full that handles were breaking! We love candy!
