Valley Fair

We had an awesome time at Valley Fair yesterday!! It was a super hot sunny day so we thought it might be packed as it is both rides and a water park. I am glad to report we were wrong and most of the the lines were super short! We packed our day with lots of amazing thrill rides and water rides. Cousin Karl joined us on our adventure and even got to spend the night with us! Soak City was new to us as we were happy to cool ourselves in the wave pool, lazy river, and extreme body slides that entail drop floors! It was an awesome day!






 

Grandpa and Grandma's 50th Wedding Anniversary

Jason's folks celebrated an early 50th wedding anniversary by renting a house on Prior Lake last week. The weather was gorgeous and we had a ton of fun swimming, fishing, boating, and relaxing!

Twins Games

We have been fortunate to be able to attend 2 Twins games this year! The first one was a mommy and Colin game with Colin's baseball team. The Twins played the Indians and won the game in extra innings 4-3! It was a gorgeous night for baseball and the kids got to walk the field as a team before the start of the game. As we were leaving the boys scored some autographs from Hall of Fame pitcher Jack Morris as we were walking out! A few weeks later we saw another Twins game with our good friends The Porter Family. The twins did not fare as well against those Yankees but we did see a lot of hits from our awesome seats in the lower level. The rain delay at the start of the game allowed us plenty of time to get lots of fun pictures at Target Field! We even got a group picture with TC the Bear! Baseball awesome!!
