Water Park

Matt and Deborah were away for the weekend so my folks came over on Saturday with Laura and Karl for the day. With the hot, humid weather it was perfect time for outdoor water park fun. A bit too warm for Adam so he stayed home with my mom. Justin had lots of fun in the kiddie sprinkler area while the boys, Laura, and I took endless trips down the slides. Summer is awesome!

Twins Game

Last Wednesday the Elliott Family took a trip to Target Field to see the Twins take on the Tampa Bay Rays. Even though the boys experienced their first loss while in attendance we still had an awesome time. We had perfect weather for Adam's first game and thankfully our seats were in the shade. Yay for outdoor baseball. :)

3 Month Update

It's summertime and Adam is getting so big! He is still so mellow and such a happy baby. It is so easy to get a big smile and it just warms the heart to see how excited he gets when he first sees you. Those little arms and legs start going and his eyes light up as he breaks out into this adorable open mouth grin. :) Sleep is improving with a nice 7 hour stretch from 8:30p.m to 3:30a.m and then after a feeding we wake again at 6:30a.m. Napping is so easy by popping in the nuk and placing him in the swing. The spit bubbles are nonstop and he loves to put his fist in his mouth as the drool pours out and soaks up his shirt. He is discovering his hands and loves to grab at rattles and his activity gym. He started daycare this past week and all is going great. It is so nice to have his big brothers there to check in on him and provide some familiarity. We love you so much sweet Adam!

Angie's Birthday

We are long overdue for some postings with lots of cute photos to show everyone so we will start with the beginning of the month and MY Birthday. :)

It was a fabulous day spent with my boys! In the morning we went to Minnehaha Falls and took in the beautiful waterfall. It was such a gorgeous day we decided to go to Lake Johanna later that afternoon and had lots of fun in the water.

Dr. Seuss visits the MN Zoo

"Dr. Seuss is on the Loose" at the MN Zoo for the next few weeks which made for an extra fun visit this past weekend. This was Adam's first trip to the zoo and of course he was great. The weather was not fabulous with clouds and sprinkles of rain but the boys still had a great time taking in a bird show, story time with Dr. Seuss, mono rail ride, and as always we end with a stop for ice cream in the eating area. :)

Rainy Day Fun

It has been cool, cloudy, and rainy this week which is just perfect for puddle jumping! The John Deere tractor and race car also came out for some muddy fun. Adam enjoyed his silly brothers from a safe distance away in daddy's arms.
