Kalahari

We capped off the Summer with a trip to Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells. It was AWESOME!! It is a gigantic waterpark with both indoor and outdoor rides. They also have an indoor theme park with bowling, rock wall, ropes course, mini golf, go carts, and tons of rides. What made it even more fun is that we went with our friends the Stevens Family. Their oldest son is one of Colin's best friends from school. It was a fabulous vacation!!

Justin's Preschool Graduation

Our sweet little boy is growing up and ready for Kindergarten!! Justin had his New Horizon preschool graduation a few weeks ago. It was such a cute program complete with dancing, singing, and diplomas. Justin has had so much fun with teachers and friends and is excited to make new friends in Kindergarten. Yay, Justin--we are so proud of you!!

Bunker Beach

This past Thursday we had a blast at Bunker Beach with cousins Laura and Karl. It is an amazing outdoor waterpark with multiple slides, lazy river, wave pool, and little kid sprinkler zone. The weather was a bit on the cool side with clouds and lower 70's but it didn't stop these kids from packing in the fun. An afternoon shower signaled it was time to head home. More waterpark adventures to come as we head to the Wisconsin Dells this week. :)

Summer Baseball

This year both Colin and Justin played Summer ball. Colin tried a new league which we really enjoyed through Shoreview. It was still coaches pitch, but they had strike outs, kept score, basically played more legitimate baseball. Colin even got to test out Hit, Pitch, Run event and won the running event for our local conference. He really performed well at sectionals, but one kid beat him to advance to finals at Target Field. Justin tested out t-ball and crushed the ball off the tee. We were so proud at how focused and determined he was out on the field. He is definitely ready for coach pitch next year. These boys are quite the athletes! :)
