Fall Sports-soccer, flag football, football

We've had a blast these past couple of months playing Fall athletics. Adam played soccer with games on Saturday mornings. He is a speedster, scored lots of goals, and had a lot of fun on the field!





 





Justin played some flag football with friends playing for the Bengals! There were lots of epic football plays with Justin as quarterback, receiver, and defensive stops. The season ended with a tasty pizza party.









Colin finished his third year of tackle football as 5th Grade Champions! He had an amazing year on both offense and defense! Thanks to an amazing offensive line, he had many many many epic runs and touchdowns as running back! Colin finished his season with one of his best games scoring 5 touchdowns and 2 interceptions (1 being a pick 6) as the Mustangs finished the season league champions!!


 


 

Halloween

The week before Halloween we carved our pumpkins. Colin in typical 10 year old fashion wanted Jason to carve a puking jack o' lantern. Justin went with NDSU Bison logo, and Adam chose Iron Man. Jason, the AMAZING carver, did such an awesome job on all of them! We had another fun Halloween this year as we gathered with friends and collected tons of candy. Colin was a 70's disco dude, Justin a Vikings football player, and Adam was Iron Man. The weather was not too bad with temperatures in the 50's and the light drizzle of rain stopped as we headed out to the streets. The boys brought home a haul and days later they have devoured it all gone (but not before we got to steal some.) :)




 



 

Corn Maze/Pumpkin Patch

This year we headed back to the Shafer corn maze for some Fall fun with the Meissners, and Jennifer, Brian, and Damon. We had gorgeous weather last Sunday but the maze was a bit wet due to all the recent rain. It was muddy fun as we wandered all around searching for check points. We then headed over to Lendt's pumpkin patch and filled our wagons with the most perfect pumpkin carving pumpkins. It was a perfect Fall afternoon!
