Roomies!

This was a milestone weekend as Justin transitioned out of his crib and Colin gained a roommate! It couldn't have been more easy! Justin was very excited to share a room with Colin and we had a countdown marked on the calender. We tucked the boys into their new sports themed beds and Justin snuggled right into his new twin bed and fell right asleep. They woke at 7:40a.m. and went downstairs together and started watching tv. We're sure the shenanigans will eventually start but for now we are enjoying the ease of the transition. We'll see what night #2 brings...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Our Valentine's Day tradition continues with yet another red themed meal. We had rigatoni, chocolate-dipped strawberries, salad,and tiny cherry cheesecakes. This year we were lucky to have my folks join us for the festivities. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Babe, The Sheep Pig

Yesterday we were at the Children's Theatre to see "Babe, The Sheep Pig." It was a super cute show! We've seen a handful of plays and this was by far our favorite thus far at the Children's Theatre.

Elmo's Healthy Heros

Yesterday, we went to the Target Center to see the production, "Elmo's Healthy Heros." It was a really cute show with lots of singing and dancing. Justin is currently in an Elmo phase so he was really excited about the event. We learned that to stay healthy it is important to get lots of sleep, have good hygiene, eat healthy foods, and exercise. With this in mind we thought it best not to get McDonalds on the way home for lunch but instead opted to have it for supper. :)

Potty Time

10 days without diapers and only 3 pee accidents! Potty training is well under way! Justin is so proud to be wearing his underwear and will proudly show off his briefs to anyone who asks him. :) Yay, Justin!

Boo-yah Baby!

Boo-yah Baby has become Colin's latest catch phrase and wouldn't you know Justin quickly took a liking to it as well. It fits quite well with some back yard sledding.

1st Tooth!

Colin lost his first tooth! It has been loose for a few weeks now and wouldn't you know it came out when he was wrestling with his best friend at preschool. :)
